Swedish cinnamon bun virtual baking class

Are you ready to master the Swedish cinnamon bun? I’m Isabelle Fredborg and I’d love for you to join me virtually in my tiny Stockholm kitchen for a bake-along! Soon, your home will be filled with an irresistible scent of buttery “kanelbullar”, as they are called here in Sweden.

You get a tried-and-tested recipe and plenty of tips and tricks for making mouth-watering buns. I’ll guide you along the way, give you feedback and answer any questions.

For example, you’ll learn how to:

  • test if the dough is ready (whether you knead it by hand or with a fancy machine),
  • determine the best cinnamon bun shape for the occasion,
  • shape beautiful cinnamon buns (regardless of your skill level),
  • decorate the buns – no Swedish specialty ingredients necessary, and
  • bake and store cinnamon buns so they keep fresh for longer.

A few days before the class, you’ll receive an email with a list of ingredients, suggested equipment and instructions.

After completing the class, you’ll get your own “cinnamon bun master” diploma sent to you digitally. Not that you’ll need it as proof… everyone will be able to tell when they see the delicious baked goods you’ve made!
